Chris Smith
Founder
Chris started the company back in the mid 90s. He is passionate about people preserving their assets and protecting their estate.

Chris is also an authorised and regulated Independent Financial Adviser at Langham Associates Ltd which he also started in 1996 and has loyal clients dating back to the 90s.
​
When not working, Chris loves sailing, hence his photo, along with running and cycling.
​
He is regional chair of the Society of Wills Writers.
​
He lives in Suffolk near Bury St Edmunds.
Matt Wilson
IFA 2plan
Matt is currently an Independent Financial Adviser for 2plan a national chain of IFAs. He has practiced as an IFA since the late 90s and has established a loyal client bank mainly from the teaching profession.
Previously he worked as a financial adviser for the Prudential. He often will take Will instructions on behalf of his clients and will also act as an introducer to use for more complex cases.

When not working, Matt often visits the gym and loves spending time on weekends away with his wife.
Kerry Pearson
Will Writer
Kerry joined us in 2021. Previously she worked in Finance along with running her own skincare business.
​
Since joining us she has worked extensively building relationships with Financial Advisers and our Clients and has now qualified to become our Will Writer.
​
When not working Kerry, who is a Mum of two, enjoys spending time with her family and swimming.
